How can i activate plugin in OCS Inventory 2.2. witout cd_config.txt file?

Hi.
I have centos 6 with OCS inventory 2.2 installed. I want to activate security plugin.
How can i do it. Documentation says my about cd_config.txt file. But it is missing.

Please help
