Mail notifications don't work

Good afternoon.

To begin with, the ocs inventory application works in a docker container with a database by compiling docker. Everything works fine, except that the instructions for connecting notifications do not work.

Centos 7 operating system. php version 7.3.29

but, alas, no effect.

settings in the interface:

NOTIFICATION_EMAIL_ADMIN: *Emails are not allowed*

NOTIFY_NAME_ADMIN: administrator

NOTIFY_MAIL_REPLY: empty

NOTIFY_NAME_REPLY: empty

NOTIFY_SEND_MODE MODE: SMTP+TLS

NOTIFICATION_SMTP_HOST: (I tested various methods such as smtp.office365.com and the company's own smtp repeater)

NOTIFICATION_PORT_SMTP: 587

NOTIFY_USER_SMTP: Empty (the user's mailbox was used for his own smtp relay)

NOT IF_PASSWD_SMTP: similar to the above

NO, IF_PROG_TIME: 14:00

NOTIF_PRO_DAY: Some dates
