deploy package with GPO

hello,
I'm trying to deploy my ocs package to GPO.
It works well but when I restart the clients, the service can no longer start.
I am using the "startup" GPO in "computer configuration".
I am using the 2.8 packager with the 2.8 agent.
On the other hand, when I run the packager alone, no problem after restarting.
