our Security Team needs information about all files on each System.
It becomes more and more critical to know what kind of inventory we have in the Company.
We need to scan all files from Windows, Solaris and Linux Systems.
If possible get the Header Information, with Version Information, of the Files.
If this is not possible we need Path, MD5SUM, Size and Date&Time of the files.
(Date&Time can be different because of the date of installation)
It must be possible to customize the Scan-Plugin:
- The kind of files that should be scanned
- The Path´s that should be scanned
I can´t find a solution for this in the Forum. That´s why i also ask for Professional Support for OCS.
Are there any feature plan to imlement this?
I thing this is very importent.
If it is not possible to do this with OCS we must switch to another Inventory Tool to fulfill the government requests.
