How to delete multiple dynamic groups

I want to delete all the dynamic groups that I created some years ago in order to recreate them. How could that be done easily from ocsreports console o from phpmyadmin? I don't find an option to massive deletion of those groups.

I have multiple dynamic groups created for software queries but they don't work anymore with the last nightly development version because the softwares table was dropped.
