How to get Printer Inventory in OCS 2.5

Hi,

I am not able to get the inventory of the printers in my network. Please help..

I am using Server 2.5 on ubuntu 16.04(hosted on a virtual machine). And OCS Windows agent 2.4.

Please tell me how i can get the details about the printers...

I have been trying SNMP feature, but it didn't work for me...any other alternate option other than SNMP??
