Lync in management console doesn't work

I installed a new server in version 2.5, everything works except the links in the management interface
for example, the link indicating the number of machines that have not rolled up inventory since 5 days returns nothing
do you have an idea ?
tried with Ie, Chrome, Firefox and edge
