OCS Agent new plugin - battery info

Hello
I think that a good idea for a new OCS plugin would be the battery life status (in a laptop).
It's about parameters:
- factory-designed capacity
- full charge capacity
- current charge capacity

We could use this command (unfortunately there is not all data in it):
"powercfg /batteryreport"
and selecting data from the "battery_report.html" file generated in this way.
