Filter data in softwares table

Hello, 
I need to filter softwares in table on db:
I see that I have records like Security update, "real" software like "Google Chrome" and others "fake" software like "vs_Graphics_Singletonx64" . (for fake I mean that not present in programs)
I would filter only "real" software (Chrome, Office etc..) , not update or software like "vs_Graphics_Singletonx64".
And What is "source" coloumn?
