Failed to send prolog

Hello,

I have a problem with some OCS agents on Windows computers.

I have the following error when the agent run : Failed to send prolog <SSL Connect Error>.

Whith the same configuration file , pem file and everything equal some agents works and some agents don't work.

I d'ont uderstand why this error append.

I do some test : 

• ping to the server is ok
• Connection with port 443 to the server is ok
• Same certificate on all computers
• Same version : 2.1.1.1
• Restart the services doesn't change things
