Error 404 Not Found OCS Server from a Docker image

Hello folks,

I have installed OCS from a Docker git hub image with mysql. I followed the steps from this link https://github.com/OCSInventory-NG/OCSInventory-Docker-Stack

When I run http://localhost/ocsreports, I get the following errors in apache error.log

ocsinventory-server: Bad setting. `INVENTORY_ON_STARTUP` is not set. Default: `0`
ocsinventory-server: Can't load SOAP::Transport::HTTP* - Web service will be unavailable

In the browser I get 404

Not Found

The requested URL /ocsreports was not found on this server.

I am using debian jessie as a server

I am not sure about ocs version
